We have been putting in new rhizomes and plants this year, so we are in a bit of a transition. We’re also focusing on altering some of our Farm management practices. We are making great strides, and hoping for a more normal hop farm next year.

Our new green house is producing an abundance of veggies now. Look for fresh garlic, four types of cherry/grape tomatoes, slicer tomato’s (perfect for a BLT), jalapenos, cucumbers and fresh cut flowers and sunflowers at the Sunday Famer’s Market at Paoli Mill Park, which runs 9am-1pm.

Our harvested veggies, including tomatillos, Carolina large romas and pablanos, are a welcome addition to the menu at Molino Taqueria. The salsa is amazing, and it sure doesn’t get fresher than that! Hope to see you at the Farmers’ market.

And remember, any unsold veggies will be available in the Hop Garden Tap Room until close.
