Belgium Triple and Paoli Pigs

Looks like a Great Weekend to get out and enjoy the Sun! We brewed up our Belgium Triple and kegged it this week, so it’s ready to go and Delicious! Rich is taking over the Kitchen this weekend and is cranking up the Smoker. Featuring Paoli Pigs! Perfectly smoked Pork Butt, Kraut and topped with Rhoda’s Mustard on a Miller and Son’s Toasted Bun! Kitchen will be open Sat-Noon to 6pm and Sun-Noon to 4pm. Fire Pits are open, please purchase your wood from Typsy Gypsy or Hop Garden. No Carry in’s please.

Gumbo Cook-off Saturday

Bring your favorite hot sauce and Zydeco tunes to sit around a fire and try out the 3 Gumbo’s Today. Serving Starts at Noon. Each Purchased Sampler will get a Mardi Gras Necklace to hang on your choice for “Gumbo King”! For those not so much into Gumbo we have Butter Nut Squash Soup, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Old Fashioned Wiener’s available as well.

Gumbo Showdown Saturday-High Noon

It started as talking Smack over the Chili Contest a couple years ago, but now it’s time to put the “Gumbo where ya’ mouth is”. We have 3 Cooks that will be putting their Family names on the Line, Or at least their Nesco! Our own Chef Justin will be brewing up a Shellfish Stock with Chicken and Andouille. Guest Chef Otis Woods will be all turf and no serf with a New Orleans style with Okra, Chicken, Andouille and Vegetables. And our New Cook, Scott Rotar will bring it with a Seafood Gumbo bubbling with Oysters, Crab meat, Shrimp and Andouille sausage. Order up a sampler of all three and you get to vote for your favorite! Contest Starts at Noon Saturday and will go until gone! Our Vanilla Porter will be the Perfect Pair! Private Fire Pits will be Open and wood for Purchase. Other menu items will be available all weekend. Typsy Gypsy will also have a Grand Re-Opening for the Spring.

Sunday Fun Day in Paoli

We will be Open from Noon to 4pm Today! Get some Fun in before the next snow. Try a Vanilla Porter Today! Lots of Pete’s Eggs Available. Kitchen will have Smoked Alpine Boy Brats, Bavaria Sausage Kitchen Wieners, Farm Kitchen Chili and a Vegetarian Chili. Get your Bubble Friends out for a few hours around a Private Fire Pit! Wood available at the Tap Room or Typsy Gypsy!

Craft Beer, Fire Pits and Smoked Brats This Weekend

Looks like a Great Weekend for the Fire Pits in the Mill Park. Heading out to clear the snow right now. Rich is taking over the kitchen and will smoke Gemplers Alpine Boy Brats! We will also have Bavaria Sausage Kitchen Wieners! All Served on Millers Bakery Buns! Serving Sat Noon to 6 and Sunday Noon to 3pm.

Tap Room Back to Winter Hours

Goodbye Extreme Cold! Tap Room is Back Open for Winter Covid Hours! Wed-Friday 4pm to 7pm, Sat-Noon to 7pm and Sunday-Noon to 4pm. Fire Pit will be going when it’s over 20’s and low wind. Private Fire Pits will be OPEN as well. Wood can be purchased from the Tap Room or the Typsy Gypsy.

Future Deliciousness

It was -10 out the window this morning but our hearts are warm with the first seeds going in the starter soil today! Hopefully planting in the High Tunnel the first of April and Delicious Tomatoes and Peppers for the Taqueria and through our Farm Stand for Hop Garden Customers in late May! Keep the Faith, warmer weather is coming! We will be back to Normal winter hours this week. When its above 20 and low wind we will have the fire pit blazing. Indoor bathroom is open, but we still cannot seat anyone inside due to Dane County Covid Rules.

Open Saturday Noon to 6pm

Tap Room will be Open Saturday Noon to 6pm, so you can re-supply your fridge! We cannot have anyone inside so everything will be Take Home. Stock up with specials on Rhoda’s Mustard and Eggs! We are not encouraging anyone to stand outside, too cold. We are only a week away from the 20’s again! Then back to the fire pits!

Open Noon to 5pm on Saturday

We will be closed this week, except for Saturday, due to the Extreme Cold Weather. Saturday we will be open from Noon to 5pm. Stay Warm, Stay Safe.
