It started as talking Smack over the Chili Contest a couple years ago, but now it’s time to put the “Gumbo where ya’ mouth is”. We have 3 Cooks that will be putting their Family names on the Line, Or at least their Nesco! Our own Chef Justin will be brewing up a Shellfish Stock with Chicken and Andouille. Guest Chef Otis Woods will be all turf and no serf with a New Orleans style with Okra, Chicken, Andouille and Vegetables. And our New Cook, Scott Rotar will bring it with a Seafood Gumbo bubbling with Oysters, Crab meat, Shrimp and Andouille sausage. Order up a sampler of all three and you get to vote for your favorite! Contest Starts at Noon Saturday and will go until gone! Our Vanilla Porter will be the Perfect Pair! Private Fire Pits will be Open and wood for Purchase. Other menu items will be available all weekend. Typsy Gypsy will also have a Grand Re-Opening for the Spring.
