Our Pumpkin Ale will be ready in a couple of weeks! We grew the Sweet Sugar Pie pumpkins on our Farm next to the Hop Yard. These pumpkins had a beer destiny. Took a break from Hop Harvest this week and we cooked them over Apple Wood and Brewed with them going directly into the mash. There was almost 100 lbs. of cooked pumpkin going into the mash. Will add just a pinch of spice during fermentation. I can taste it already…..
