First time making a 10 barrel batch large Pumpkin Ale. Everything went great! We hit our targets on aroma, color and flavor. We used a blend of Centennial and Nugget hops for bitterness and will be adding the extra spices in later when switched over to the bright tanks. Picked up some very aromatic spices from Detwilers Amish store near Albany off 104. Great little store for all the bakers and chefs out there!
